It Wasnt Me

This loophole relates to a male driver who was pulled over on the M25 in his Porsche 911 Turbo in the early hours of the morning. He was accused by the officer of doing 173 mph ...which if you look at our Sentencing Guidelines is well in to the 6 month ban territory and a fine of 200% of his relevant weekly income.

The driver for 'some' reason (maybe he saw the copper and slowed down, maybe he simply had his fun and was slowing down all by his own accord, who knows?!) slowed down to the legal limit. When the officer pulled him over he was driving completely legally and safely. The officer took his name, address and other details to identify him.

The loophole here is that between clocking the Porsche at 173 mph and pulling him over the Police Officer had lost visual sight of him. At court, the man was found not guilty as the prosecution could not prove the man they pulled over was the same man/car as the one they clocked doing 173 mph!

This is an extremely technical loophole, and you will certainly need our lawyers to pull it off. Anything less and the court will throw the book at you.
