Below are a few of the highlights to be found in the above 51 pages, read for yourself but we've added a few comments where the extract is not self explanatory.

Page 20 also has an interesting RULE. According to the DfT Handbook the minimum site length is 400 meters long, which can only be broken with the express permission from the "Partnership Project Office"...

This rule states red light cameras must be sign posted at least 1km before the first camera itself...

Below is the general rules applying to all 'core' sites. A Core Site is basically any site which does not require special enforcement permission. Flipping that around, special permission is required when one or more of these guidelines are broken.
