1) We can defend the allegation: this means we plead not guilty and aim to completely avoid punishment through a multi pronged strategy. This strategy would be completely tailored to your case and presented by an experienced Barrister in court.
2) We can mitigate it: this means you accept the allegation but not the severity of the punishment. In these cases we help the prosecution understand your unique circumstances and aim to have the punishment greatly reduced. This is usually done in a court room and again we'll provide you with a barrister on the day.
3) We can cancel it on a technicality: this means pointing out an error in police procedure or casting reasonable doubt on the manner the evidence was collected and is more common than you think! This option is never truly closed, as new evidence may come to light with regards to potential errors. Sometimes we can get a case dropped before it even gets to court!
